Dining Room Reveal

I have to tell you hubs was pretty proud of himself after all your sweet comments about his table. When I came home from work he had a smile on his face and reminded me how lucky I was to have him! :) Ok, ladies... enough of the flattery. He's starting to get a big head over here. :) I tease... he is wonderful!

Ok, on to the dining room. If you missed hubs building our table go {here} first.

This is how it normally looks. Sort of going for the "less is more" look right now, but I'm on the look out for a centerpiece I love. I also have some ideas for the back wall but it's proving hard to find, so we'll see.




But for now we are getting lots of use out of our dining room!




I got bored with my make shift centerpiece so decided to get out the wedding china and set up for a dinner party!

    Wow, gorgeous room. I think nailhead trim is like a French manicure for any upholstered chair: classic and elegant. Can our dining rooms be friends?

    Did you replace the base molding or did you just paint the existing stuff white? I currently have stained wood trim throughout and the hubs thinks it would be a sin to paint it, but white just looks so much more refreshing.

    Your entire home is amazing. There are SO many beautiful homes to see, but I feel like your home is one I could enjoy every room. The fact that you did so much yourselves and probably with a limited budget makes it the more wonderful. Also, I am wondering along with so many...where did you find the chairs with the nailheads?
